Yujie Guo graduated from the UW–Madison with Bachelor’s degrees in Biology, Computer Science, and Mathematics. As an undergraduate, she conducted research in chemical ecology and plant–insect interactions with Dr. Rick Lindroth. She later completed her Master’s degree while working with Dr. Heng Li at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where she focused on genome assembly and cancer genomics. After joining the Park Lab, Yujie’s research now centers on somatic mutations and sex differences in human biology.
