Maxwell Sherman

Max holds a BS in Applied Mathematics from Brown University and an MS in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge. He is now a PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) at MIT where he works on ultra-efficient algorithms for assaying genomic variation in very large genome sequencing cohorts such as the UK Biobank. He previously worked as a scientific programmer in the Park Lab developing tools for single-cell whole genome sequencing analysis.
