Dr. Geoff Nelson

Geoff works on theRefinery Platform, particularly its implementation as a data management, analysis, and visualization hub for the Harvard Stem Cell Institute. He also analyzes genomics data for various collaborative projects.He did his PhD with Mario de Bono at the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology (LMB) in Cambridge, UK. There, he developed a whole-genome sequencing analysis pipeline to help connect genes with phenotype in forward genetics screens.
