Cait Harrigan

Cait earned her PhD in Computer Science from the University of Toronto in 2026, supervised by Quaid Morris and Kieran Campbell. In her thesis work, she developed machine learning models to study cancer genomics using mutational signatures and spatial proteomics, with a focus on DNA repair deficiencies. In the Park lab, she studies somatic evolution, towards understanding the selective forces that shape disease and development.
